Tickets can only be refunded if the performance is cancelled. 

In the event of a cancelled performance Neuadd Dwyfor will refund the face value of the ticket, excluding any postage or booking protection.

Ticketsolve Protect is offered at the point of sale, if you took out this policy please read the Terms and Conditions in your confirmation email.

Ticketsolve Protect is an optional add-on product provided by Ticketsolve, backed by Protect Group. If you opt in to Ticketsolve Protect, your tickets are fully refundable if something unexpected stops you from coming to the event.

• Additional information
  Ticketsolve Protect must be opted in for during the original ticket purchase. It cannot be added retrospectively.
• Ticketsolve Protect applies to all tickets in an order, including booking charges/fees, and the refund protection fee. It does not apply to any products purchased.
• Refunds can be applied for any time before and up to 60 days after the event date.
• Ticketsolve Protect is non-refundable unless the entire booking is cancelled and qualifies for a refund under the service terms.
• Refunds can be requested for part of a booking (e.g. 1 of 4 tickets), allowing the remaining tickets to remain valid.
• In the instance of event cancellation, Ticketsolve Protect is not applicable.

During these opening hours, the library is staffed by our dedicated library team.
Outside of staffed hours, the library remains open for self-service until 6pm on weekdays.
Please ask reception staff if you need assistance during self-service hours.

These opening times may be altered during public holidays, any changes to opening times will be displayed on the building.

The bar and café area in the foyer is open during these times. If the counter is unattended, please ask one of our friendly library staff for assistance.

On weeknights, the building will remain open from 6pm until the end of the performance or film, if applicable.
